Kissing the edge of viability

Tomorrow we hit 27 weeks ...the blurriest edge of viability in my mind. If born now, the baby has a 90% chance of survival.

I'm still amazed that we've made it to this point.

..i always think of b's cousin's kid who was born at like 25 wks and actually lived! she's a healthy teenager now!

guess who got custard today? didn't go with the marshmallow mix in, but ALMOST! the chocolate was nice enough. then we took a stroll down memory lane and drove past our old house.

27 weeks!! I still remember sitting at my computer Halloween night reading your post. It's like it was yesterday. Every week from here on out is a milestone. I spent all weekend thinking about this very thing.

As for the nursery, it'll come together in time. Once I spent a week cleaning out the room I was geared up and excited to start the painting.
